ORDERING FROM US

When you place an order with us, we will send you an order acknowledgement with your invoice, detailing the products you have ordered, you will have the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors.
2.1
We accept an order once the invoice has been paid in full. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order.
2.2
We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we do not receive your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
PRICING
3.0
All our prices include VAT. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
3.1
Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, we will make the client away of this.
3.2
We review our prices periodically.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
4.0
If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email at: sales@maatltd.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.1 below.
4.1
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason and in as new condition at any time within 15 days of receipt. We refund garment price only, NO carriage costs. EMBROIDERED OR PRINTED GOODS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
4.2
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund for the price of the garment or send you the new size/sizes you require carriage free.
4.3
The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.2 will not apply in the following circumstances: – in the event that the product has been used
4.4
We are unable to accept back items that have been logoed by us or a third party for any reason any product/products that we have made or customised specifically for you.
4.5
M&A reserve the right to cancel any online or offline order should it not be able to supply, for whatever reason. No liability will be accepted for circumstances beyond it’s control.

You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website for your own use on the following basis:
(a) no documents or related graphics on this Website are modified in any way;
(b) no graphics on this Website are used separately from accompanying text; and
(c) any of our copyright and trade mark notices and this permission notice appear in all copies.

Force Majeure
- M&A shall not be held liable for the failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, if such performance is hindered or delayed by the occurrence of an unforeseeable act or event, which is beyond the reasonable control of M&A.
- The act or event constituting force Majeure shall include, but shall not be limited to the following:
- Acts of God
- Acts of government intervention, directive of policy (whether National, Regional or Local government)
- Acts of War (whether war be declared or not), acts of public enemy,
- Acts of public disorder, riots or civil unrest, rebellion, sabotage, or terrorists (except where it is limited to the employees of M&A)
- Explosions, fires, floods, earthquakes, lightening, hails or other severe weather conditions or other natural calamities,
- Strikes, boycott, lockouts, labour unrest (whether direct or indirect, lawful or unlawful) excluding those limited to M&A employees.
- Immediately on the occurrence of Force Majeure M&A will notify their clients in writing via email stating the details of the event or act constituting Force Majeure.
- If the Force Majeure continues for the period exceeding thirty (30) consecutive days, M&A and the client shall have the right to terminate the order. In the event of such termination, M&A shall subject to clause 4 above on cancelation and will be entitled to payment for Services rendered by M&A as at the date of termination. Neither of the parties, its subcontractors or assignees shall claim loss of anticipated profits or economic loss or consequential loss from the other for any of the foregoing events.
